Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Digital Designer to work on a wide range of projects, creating innovative designs that meet business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop digital marketing assets, including email templates, social media graphics, and website content.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to produce high-quality digital marketing assets that align with the brand's style and strategy.
  • Work with the Art Director to develop concepts and execute original content, determining the ideal usage of typography, color, imagery, animation, and layout.
  • Meet deadlines and manage the uploading of assets to content management systems.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the brand's style and messaging, ensuring consistency across all digital channels.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in professional design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency.
  • Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills using Adobe XD and Figma.
  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiar with motion graphics animation tools and techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, or related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar.
