Podiatrist

A leading healthcare provider, Diamond Medical Recruiting, is seeking a skilled Podiatrist (DPM) to join their team in The Villages, Florida. This exciting opportunity involves providing high-quality care to patients in nursing homes across the state.

• Conduct thorough examinations of patients' feet, ankles, and lower legs to diagnose conditions such as fractures, sprains, infections, and deformities.
• Develop personalized treatment plans, which may include medication, physical therapy, orthotics, or surgery.
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests, such as X-rays or MRI scans, as needed.
• Perform surgical procedures, including removing bone spurs or repairing fractures.
• Provide patients with education on proper foot care techniques and preventive measures to avoid future problems.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to patients.
• Maintain accurate records of patient visits and treatment plans.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Podiatrist.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Current licensure as a Podiatrist in the State of Florida.
