Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster friendly and courteous relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Efficiently identify and fulfill inventory requests from customers.
  • Propose suitable alternatives for out-of-stock items and maintain inventory levels.
  • Recognize new parts and categories to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Thoroughly inspect parts for damage and accurately document any discrepancies.
  • Ensure accurate retrieval and delivery of parts by verifying serial numbers against invoices.
  • Confirm the presence of accessories listed on delivery paperwork.
  • Support opportunities for process improvements within the department.
