Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse Position

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. As a Cardiovascular ICU RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients.
Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
* Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
* Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
* Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices
Requirements:
* Current RN licensure in the state of practice
* BLS certification
* Critical Care Nursing Certification (CCRN) preferred
* One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Cardiovascular ICU setting

About the Job:
This is a 13-week travel assignment in a Cardiovascular ICU setting. The shift is 3 X 12, and the facility is a short-term acute care hospital with 252 beds. The charting system is 3M Health, Altera (Paragon, Sunrise), Cerner (Millennium), Change Healthcare, and Dell EMC.
Qualifications:
* One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Cardiovascular ICU setting
* Current RN licensure in the state of practice
* BLS certification
* Critical Care Nursing Certification (CCRN) preferred
Skills:
* Interpersonal skills to work effectively with a variety of personnel
* Technical/motor skills to grasp, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling, and moving about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment
* Mental requirements to cope with frequent contact with the general public, customers, and meeting deadlines under pressure
Other Requirements:
* Cardiovascular intensive care nursing experience is required
* Must have a valid RN license in the state where they will be practicing
* BLS certification
* Critical Care Nursing Certification (CCRN) is preferred
