Job Summary

As a Massage Therapist at MGM Resorts International, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences through expert massage therapy services. You will work closely with our team to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, ensuring that our guests feel pampered and cared for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and friendly service to exceed guest expectations
  • Follow all departmental policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation protocols
  • Ensure guests receive the highest level of service by providing current information and techniques in massage modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, and related body services
  • Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Massage Therapy License
  • Age 21+

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Guest Service Experience
  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
  • Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
  • Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
