Responsibilities:- Provides healthcare analytics support to generate insights in the form of dashboards, metrics, or reports for healthcare solutions.
- Operates as a thought partner with business leads to perform both proactive and reactive analysis for key stakeholders and derives insights between key metrics and their drivers.
- Develops meaningful reports and analysis for health care system entities and presents on findings.
- Monitors key performance indicators and balanced scorecards to aid in improved decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
- 3 years' experience with business intelligence tools, data analytics and/or database management systems.
- Certified Business Intelligence Professional Upon Hire Preferred
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Upon Hire Preferred
