Estimator Position

A highly-respected General Contractor in Toledo is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their growing team. This commercial construction company is looking for an individual with excellent people skills and a proven work history with commercial construction projects. Being a team player as well as being able to work autonomously is a must.

Estimator Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction including labor and material costs.
  • Utilize Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as needed.
  • Write up and present budgets, reports, and project plans.
  • Developing and managing estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects.
  • Work with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams, while also being able to work autonomously.
Estimator Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience estimating commercial construction projects.
  • B.S. in Construction Management or a related degree is Strongly Preferred.
  • Effective communication, attention to detail, ability to analyze and organize data in a timely manner.
