Responsibilities:


This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established and respected firm specializing in Land Planning, Civil Engineering, and Construction Management. You will engage in a variety of projects that challenge your skills and expertise.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and guiding design team efforts on residential and commercial projects.
  • Managing multiple projects while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Utilizing your expertise in Land Development, Site Design, Stormwater Management, and Utility Permitting.
  • Coordinating project scopes, timelines, and budgets, while participating in meetings with clients and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:


To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in civil engineering.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • A degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • A Professional Engineer license in Florida.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to lead a team and effectively manage client relationships.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • A solid understanding of stormwater and utility design, as well as land development processes.
  • Familiarity with software such as ICPR, WaterCAD, and AutoCAD.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
