About the Role:

This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients undergoing dialysis treatment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families

Requirements:
  • CURRENTLY LICENSED TO PRACTICE AS A REGISTERED NURSE BY STATE OF EMPLOYMENT OR HOLDS A MULTISTATE RN LICENSE THROUGH THE INTERSTATE NURSE LICENSURE COMPACT
  • AHA BLS PRIOR TO END OF ORIENTATION PERIOD
