POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for Construction Laborers to enhance our expanding workforce. Ideal candidates will possess a strong willingness to learn, a positive mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interprets and follows project directives and plans from construction supervisors
  • Utilizes construction tools and equipment efficiently to accomplish daily tasks
  • Removes and disposes of debris
  • Operates various tools safely, including rollers, saws, and shovels, while performing tasks such as checking grades and laying pipe
  • Ensures proper cleaning and storage of construction equipment and tools
  • Adheres to safety protocols while operating equipment and wears necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) on-site
  • Completes additional related duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Relevant experience in the construction field is preferred
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation
  • Able to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Capable of working outdoors, including prolonged periods of walking or standing on various terrains in diverse weather conditions
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Complies with all company policies, regulations, and guidelines
