Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide personal care, including toileting, feeding, and transferring residents as needed.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, including physical, emotional, or behavioral changes.
- Assist with medication administration, as directed by licensed nursing staff.
- Participate in resident care planning and implementation, as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services provided.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure resident-centered care and promote a positive resident experience.
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Illinois.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a focus on resident-centered care.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
This is a full-time position, working 8-hour shifts, with occasional overtime as needed. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm for providing exceptional resident care.
