As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations and providing medical direction to our staff psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical direction and oversight to our staff psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
- Collaborate with our leadership team to drive program growth and development
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
Requirements:
- Board certification in psychiatry
- Current medical licensure in Florida
- Minimum 5 years of experience in psychiatric leadership
