Prestige Care Henderson is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Expressions Director to lead our memory care programming team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the health, functional, and psychosocial status of Expressions residents and develop individualized service plans.
- Provide day-to-day supervision to Expressions team members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Create and lead monthly programming for the Expressions neighborhood, utilizing the Expressions focus plan and product materials.
- Ensure the daily delivery of life enrichment activities in the Expressions neighborhood, incorporating the 5 Signature areas of programming.
- Provide initial and ongoing training of new team members to Expressions neighborhood, using the Passport Training program and completing any required state-specific training.
- Direct team members in the delivery of personal care services, utilizing Expressions materials and resident Life Story information.
- Provide on-call support for staff questions and staffing coordination.
- Drive financial performance of Expressions neighborhood by effective management of labor and supply budgets against census numbers.
Requirements:
- Two-year Associate's degree or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field such as Healthcare Administration or Business Administration.
- At least two years of experience in a memory care setting in a senior living environment, with certification or license as required by local and state regulations.
- One year of previous supervisory experience preferred, with previous experience with planning and leading senior living activities preferred.
