Critical Care Specialist

As a Critical Care Specialist at Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our 2-bed ICU with Internal Medicine hospitalist intensivist Physician coverage.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the healthcare team to establish realistic and measurable short and long-term goals for patients.
Prioritize needs through planning and implement all interventions, including patient education and counseling.
Maintain safe and effective care throughout the episode of care through the institution of standard procedures that stabilize each patient's condition or prevent serious complications in emergency situations.
Requirements
Minimum of an Associate's Degree (ADN) from an accredited nursing program.
Minimum of one year Intensive Care experience preferred.
