Speech Therapist Job Description

Speech Therapy Plus LLC is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Fair Lawn, NJ. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with toddlers, school-aged children, and adolescents to provide skilled intervention and parent training.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and treat clients with communication disorders.
  • Develop treatment plans and determine long and short-term goals.
  • Complete daily treatment notes and maintain required records.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to communicate information and provide services.
  • Monitor and maintain re-assessments of client services.
  • Provide client and caregiver education and offer home exercise programs.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state license or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Pediatric experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
