Patient Care Associate

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Patient Care Tech to join our team in Waltham, Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities- Assist with direct patient care needs, including activities of daily living and vital sign monitoring.
- Contribute to a safe and compassionate patient care environment by fostering a culture of respect and kindness.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide patient data and specimen collection, including vital signs and blood glucose testing.
- Assist with equipment preparation and setup, including cardiac monitors and portable oxygen cylinders.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Six months experience as a Nursing Assistant or completion of a formal nursing program.
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
