We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join our skilled nursing facility at Agawam Rehab & Nursing. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care and rehabilitation outcomes.

This is a direct hire position, meaning we are not an agency. We offer a comprehensive benefits program and a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care to meet individual needs
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices

Qualifications:

  • Active Massachusetts state Licensed Practical Nurse LPN license
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
