Extraction Technician Lead

Natera is a pioneering company in the field of cell-free DNA testing. We are seeking a skilled Clinical Laboratory Operator Extractions to join our team and contribute to our mission of changing the management of disease worldwide.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the analysis of specimens, maintaining equipment, and adhering to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the testing of patient samples using standard operating procedures.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
- Provide guidance and support to new team members.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.
To be successful in this role, you will need a BS/BA in a biological science or a related field and 0-2 years of industry-related experience. You should also possess excellent interpersonal, communication, computer, and technical skills.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans for eligible employees and their dependents.
