We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adult Behavioral Health Psychiatrist to join our team as a Clinical Track Faculty member at the Open Rank, Tenured level. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, teaching and supervising residents and medical students, and contributing to our educational program.
Key Responsibilities- Provide diagnostic assessments, medication evaluations, psychotherapy, and management of medications for adult patients
- Teach and supervise adult psychiatry residents and medical students
- Contribute to our educational program by participating in the didactic series for adult psychiatry, giving lectures, and participating in our continuing medical education conference series
- Completed an approved general psychiatry residency and board certified/eligible in general psychiatry
- Licensed physician by the state medical board
- Able to meet criteria to be credentialed by the hospital
- Experience working with medical professionals
- Experience participating as a member of an interdisciplinary team
- Experience in supervision and teaching
- Experience in consultation with allied professionals
- Experience in teaching and supervision of residents and medical students
