We are seeking a highly skilled Addiction Recovery Specialist to join our team at Epiphany Wellness LLC. This role will play a vital part in helping individuals achieve lasting recovery from substance abuse disorders.
About Epiphany Wellness
Epiphany Wellness is a state-of-the-art alcohol and drug addiction rehab center with locations in New Jersey and Tennessee. Our expert, evidence-based program offers PHP, IOP, and OP treatment for substance abuse disorder. We create personalized recovery plans for each patient, tailored to their unique needs.
Salary and Benefits
Our competitive salary package includes:
- $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the recovery field and excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing individualized support to clients in achieving their recovery goals
- Maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment
- Observing client medication and documenting results
- Transporting clients to appointments and activities
- Performing urinalysis and breathalyzers as assigned
- Reporting and recording incidents and issues
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of one year of experience in the recovery field
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR certification preferred
- Valid driver's license required
