Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings options and paid time off.

Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mental Health Assistant Professional who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting patients with daily activities and providing emotional support
  • Participating in milieu management and ensuring personal, patient, and departmental safety
  • Communicating effectively with staff, physicians, and patients
  • Completing clerical tasks and adhering to policies and procedures

To be considered for this role, you must have a strong understanding of psychiatric care principles and be able to work effectively in a team-based environment. A Basic Cardiac Life Support certification is required within 90 days of employment start date.
