As a Construction Electrical Worker, you will be pivotal in the establishment and deployment of wireless communication frameworks. Collaborating with our project team, your responsibilities will encompass the installation, wiring, and troubleshooting of telecommunications apparatus across various sites. Your technical expertise will be essential for ensuring the effective operation of our clients' wireless networks.

1. Work alongside project managers and team members to strategize and implement system installations according to project specifications.
2. Execute the installation and maintenance of systems on wireless communication towers, including grounding, bonding, and power systems.
3. Carry out wiring, cable pulling, and termination of telecommunications devices.
4. Perform diagnostic evaluations on systems, pinpoint issues, and provide effective solutions.
5. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during system installations.
6. Maintain comprehensive documentation of equipment, installations, repairs, and testing outcomes.
7. Coordinate with other construction personnel and subcontractors to ensure streamlined workflow and timely project completion.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Relevant certifications are advantageous.
3. Demonstrated experience in electrical construction and installation, ideally within the telecommunications sector.
4. Skilled in conducting diagnostic tests, troubleshooting issues, and interpreting schematics.
5. Strong ability to understand project plans, specifications, and technical drawings.
6. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
7. Able to work independently and collaboratively, showcasing excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
8. Physical capability to work at heights, in varying weather conditions, and lift up to 70 pounds.
9. A valid driver's license is preferred.
