Responsibilities include:

• Washing and cleaning tableware, kitchen, and cooking equipment
• Keeping the dish room and equipment clean and organized
• Stocking the kitchen with clean tableware

Requirements:

• Ability to tolerate significant changes in temperature and frequent immersion of hands in water and cleaning or sanitizing solutions
• Valid food/alcohol certification, as required by state law
• Ability to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
• Good hearing for safety and accurate communication
• Ability to read, write, and speak in English
• Reliable transportation
