The staff Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a professional caregiver, you will be responsible for a group of patients and provide care via the nursing process and collaboration with the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized patient care through the nursing process
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor unit activities and contribute to the management of the unit
- Develop and maintain staff skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Acute Care hospital experience preferred, but not required
- Current Registered Nurse license in state of employment or compact
- BCLS Certification
Work Environment:
