Job Description

SAVANNAH CHRISTIAN PREPARATORY SCHOOL is seeking a qualified Lead Teacher to join our team in the early childhood education department.

As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for organizing and leading activities for children aged 6 weeks to 4 years. Your duties will include:

  • Helping children remove outer garments and ensuring their physical needs are met.
  • Developing schedules and routines to promote a safe and engaging learning environment.
  • Directing children in eating, resting, and toileting, and assisting with meal preparation and cleaning.
  • Changing diapers of infants and toddlers, and helping children develop habits of caring for their own clothing and toys.
  • Attending to all physical needs of an infant and toddler, and serving meals and refreshments to children.
