About the Job

We're seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our team at UNIFY Financial Credit Union. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial services, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving business growth. You will be an effective communicator, able to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of branch staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including other branch managers, regional leaders, and corporate teams.
  • Foster a culture of excellence within the branch, promoting high standards of customer service, teamwork, and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial services, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of financial products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
