About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Select Specialty Hospital.

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients' communication skills and swallowing functions, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

  • Develop and implement goal-oriented treatment plans to address identified deficits and improve patient function.\
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.\
  • Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.\
  • Document patient information accurately and maintain up-to-date records.\

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.\
  • Hold a valid state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.\
  • Possess a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date.\
  • Two years of progressively responsible experience in speech-language pathology.\
