Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. As a Computed Tomography Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body's internal structures. You will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body's internal structures
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Develop and implement patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety

Requirements

  • One to three years experience as a Computed Tomography Technologist preferred
  • Other certifications may be required for this position
  • Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills
  • Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending
