The Animal Dental Center in Towson, MD is seeking a full-time experienced Veterinary Technician to join our Specialty team. As a Veterinary Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and assisting our Board-Certified doctors in delivering high-quality dental and oral-surgical services.
Responsibilities:- Assist in anesthesia, I.V. catheterization, pre/post surgical patient care, and patient recovery
- Provide excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
- Work well in a fast-paced, high-reward professional environment
- Participate in our monthly world-class C.E. training programs through the Animal Dental Training Center in Towson, MD
- 3-5 years experience as a veterinary technician or assistant
- Caring and empathetic client care
- Schedule flexibility (some longer days, but no weekend hours necessary)
- Computer/Technology proficiency and ability to learn medical/dental specialty software as necessary
- Competitive compensation based on experience and skill level of technician training/education starting at $21/hr
