  • Collaboration: Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as required, ensuring seamless support and service.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: 6+ months of interacting with customers, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer Service Focus: Experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems and proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email.
  • Financial Knowledge: Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
  • Relationship Building: Experience helping customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members as appropriate.
  • Teamwork: Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs and fostering strong customer relationships.
  • Communication: Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members.
Job Expectations
  • Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
  • Cash Handling: Maintains cash drawer, cash handling, and balancing, and spends time completing service-related tasks as needed.
  • SAFE Registration: This position requires SAFE registration at the time of employment. Wells Fargo will initiate the SAFE registration process immediately after your employment start date.
