Job Description

At Gulph Creek Hotels, we are seeking a skilled Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service while checking in and checking out guests, handling guest requests in a timely and courteous manner, balancing sales from the day, and re-setting the system for the next day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior guest service
  • Balance sales from the day
  • Re-set the system for the next day
  • Ensure the hotel is financially settled for the day

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous and steady work history required
  • Previous hotel experience preferred
  • Must speak and fully understand English

Physical Abilities:

  • Must be able to stand for eight hours
  • Must be able to lift 35 pounds
