Job Title: Implementation Specialist

Align Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Implementation Specialist to join our Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience post-sales via our established implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the adoption of our product suite through implementation, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for multiple concurrent new customers during the implementation process, embodying our customer-obsessed value.
  • Provide timely and accurate support to users during the implementation process, addressing technical issues and conveying solutions with clarity and empathy.
  • Ensure the software is rolled out efficiently, meeting customer expectations and comfort levels.
  • Identify and address time-sensitive or high-priority issues for customers, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Document processes and milestones, ensuring a familiar and supportive customer experience for future reference.
  • Travel to and participate in customer onsite consulting and training sessions, as determined by management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalency required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
  • Experience in conducting training, virtual training a plus.
  • Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously preferred.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to convey solutions with clarity and empathy, technical skills to solve problems and implement change.
  • Experience in identifying time-sensitive or high-priority issues for clients and addressing them accordingly.
  • Strong documentation skills to clearly document processes, ensuring a familiar and supportive customer experience for future reference.
  • Strong proficiency in business suite software, such as GoogleSuite or Microsoft Suite.
  • Experience with Salesforce and project management software beneficial but not required.
Benefits and Compensation:
  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $50,000-$57,000.
