We are seeking a skilled CRNA to join our team at UF Health Shands in Daytona Beach. As a CRNA, you will provide high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing a variety of surgical procedures.
About the PositionThis is a full-time opportunity to work in a collaborative community practice that covers a level 2 trauma center, a surgery center, and a smaller non-overnight call hospital. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and is committed to promoting community health and wellness.
Responsibilities- Provide anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide coverage for our hospitals and surgery centers
- Contribute to the development and implementation of anesthesia protocols and policies
To be considered for this position, you must have a Master's degree from a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs (COA). You must also be certified in Basic Cardiac Life Support and have a Dual RN/ARNP license. Individuals who are currently working towards a Master's or Doctorate degree from a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the COA and will obtain these items before their start date will be considered for employment.

Our benefits package also includes gold-plated healthcare, a 457, voluntary 403b investment plan, and an employer-sponsored pension plan or investment plan. Each team member accrues approximately 8.75 weeks of vacation and holidays each year, and 8 weeks of paid family leave is available upon hire.
