- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality checks on products and parts to ensure they meet company standards.
- Identify defects and maintain detailed records of defects to improve production processes.
- Package finished products and prepare them for shipment, adhering to company protocols.
- Rotate through all tasks required in a particular production process to develop a comprehensive understanding of the assembly process.
- Review work orders and blueprints to ensure work is performed according to specifications, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Utilize basic tools, such as wrenches, hammers, and power tools, to assemble products efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the team's goals.
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing and assembly experience is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating with colleagues to achieve common objectives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Familiarity with various hand and power tools, as well as basic math skills and counting abilities.
- Ability to read blueprints and instructions, with a strong attention to detail.
