About the Job

At InsurSolv, LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Field Inspector to join our team of independent contractors. As an Insurance Field Inspector, you will play a critical role in helping our clients determine whether a risk meets the carrier's eligibility requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of commercial and residential properties to identify potential hazards and risks.
  • Collect and document physical characteristics, exterior measurements, and general conditions of properties.
  • Provide comprehensive reports summarizing observable hazards associated with a risk.
  • Work independently with limited direction and guidance to set your own hours and work schedules.
Requirements
  • Be an energetic individual capable of completing a high volume of insurance inspections.
  • Have solid written, composition, and verbal communication skills.
  • Be self-disciplined, organized, and able to manage an aggressive workload.
  • Have a strong desire to succeed and work independently.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Google Chrome, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and have a broadband internet connection.
  • Have a digital camera or smartphone capable of interfacing with your PC, a measuring wheel, monopod, and a clipboard.
