BCBA Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at PsycTalent. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in improving the lives of families in your local community by providing exceptional behavioral therapy services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of 10-12 clients and develop personalized behavior support plans
  • Collaborate with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to implement treatment plans and provide parent training as needed
  • Conduct intake assessments and re-assessments to ensure optimal client outcomes
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of client needs and goals

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
