Job Title: Terrain Artisan

Join our team of creative professionals as a Terrain Artisan, where you will have the opportunity to showcase your artistic skills and passion for horticulture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with clients, sharing product knowledge, and inspiring customers to create their own unique styles.
  • Teamwork + Communication: Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals, participate in daily meetings, and share your passion for plant and floral design.
  • Visual + Business Operations: Partner with design leadership to create visually appealing displays, collaborate with the nursery and operations teams to ensure proper care and restocking of plant displays, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, horticultural and floral design, and art and design backgrounds.
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of hand tools, wire usage, and glue guns, as well as the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Range: $15.50/Hr.
