SLPA Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team at Soliant. As an SLPA, you will play a vital role in supporting the communication development of young learners in pre-K through 12th grade.

• Assessment and Intervention: Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech and language disorders and develop individualized therapy plans to address these needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate speech and language goals into students' educational plans.
• Case Load Management: Manage a moderate case load of diverse students with varying communication needs, ensuring that each student receives the necessary support and attention.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, progress, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards.

• SLPA Requirements: A valid Massachusetts SLPA license is required for this position.
