Job Responsibilities: The Packaging Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for performing quality assurance testing, reviewing production orders, observing production operations, and communicating the results of any testing that pertains to non-conforming product. Additionally, the incumbent will coordinate with vendors and production personnel, compile and store production information, and seek methods to improve standard operational and working practices.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): The KPIs for this role will include meeting quality standards, achieving production targets, and maintaining a safe working environment. The Packaging Quality Assurance Specialist will also be evaluated on their ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
