Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Home Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our Float Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan
  • At least 12 months of experience as a registered nurse, plus 3 months of experience in hemodialysis (HD) and/or peritoneal dialysis (PD)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in dialysis nursing
  • Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills
