Vibra Travels is seeking a highly skilled Travel Healthcare Professional to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Mandan, North Dakota. As a Long Term Acute Care Registered Nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:This travel nursing position requires a professional with acute care experience in ICU, step-down, med-surg/tele, and acute rehab settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to project a professional image and make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care and support in a Long Term Acute Care setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop strategies to meet those needs
- Implement and evaluate treatment plans, making adjustments as necessary
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required
- Additional certifications may be required by Vibra Travels (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP)
- At least one year of RN experience; diploma or associate's degree in Nursing required
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required
- Competitive hourly rate: $**65.00**-**$75.00** per hour (dependent on experience and location)
- Tax-free stipend available (if applicable)
- No pay cuts mid-contract
- Referral bonus up to $1,000 per referral
- License reimbursement if traveling to a new state where a new license is required
- Holiday pay
