Insurance Producer and CSR

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team at Eagle Rock Insurance Agency. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, build strong relationships with clients, and ensure their satisfaction.

Our agency offers a competitive salary of $55,000 per year, plus commission opportunities and bonuses. Our benefits package includes paid time off, weekends off, and a 401(k) match.

This is a full-time position requiring 2+ years of experience in insurance customer service or sales. You must have a Property & Casualty License and strong computer skills. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.

The responsibilities of this role include responding to client inquiries, processing endorsements, and issuing insurance documentation. You will also be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, retaining their business, and identifying opportunities for education and account rounding.
