Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the designated market.
  • Evaluate and train onsite team members in service and sales techniques.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and increase sales revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development and outside sales.
  • Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
