Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per yearWe are seeking a skilled Senior Floral Designer to join our creative team at Karins Florist. As a leading provider of exquisite flora designs, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality and unique creations to our clients.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
  • Design and create both modern and garden-style arrangements that meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision for weddings, corporate events, galas, and other special occasions, translating their desires into stunning floral designs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the proper care and handling of flowers, tools, and equipment.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a floral designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of floral styles and techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of various floral arrangements and design techniques, including but not limited to bouquets, centerpieces, corsages, and installations.
  • Proficiency in selecting and handling a wide range of flowers and foliage, including knowledge of their seasonal availability and care requirements.
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs. and stand for up to 8 to 10 hours during shifts.
