Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver post-acute care to patients, including monitoring vital signs and tracking health concerns
  • Administer medications and verify their accuracy
  • Conduct intakes of residents and document their medical histories
  • Review medical records and charts to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Contribute to a safe and comfortable environment for residents
  • Assist with IV set up, vaccinations, and phlebotomies
  • Help medical staff with orientation and training
Requirements
  • Current New Jersey state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
  • High school graduation, GED, or equivalent
  • Degree from an approved LPN training program
  • 1 year of experience as an LPN or in a similar role
