We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to provide exceptional customer service to our donors, maintain a clean and well-organized donation area, and handle transactions with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous service to donors, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Donation Processing: Receive and process donations, ensuring accurate tracking and recording of donations per center policy.
  • Donation Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and well-organized donation area, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for donors.
  • Security and Operations: Responsible for all operations and security matters while on duty, including safeguarding donated materials and assigned equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or currently pursuing.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Ability to speak, write, and understand English in a manner sufficient for effective communication with leadership and field personnel.
    • Basic computer skills, including but not limited to, the use of payroll program and the ability to learn other programs or systems that are adopted by the TSA ARC.
    • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
    • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
    • Ability to use basic math skills.
