Job Overview

The Alliance Industrial Refrigeration is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity for a skilled individual to work on various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

About the Job:

  • This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits package.
  • The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Read and understand plans for duct layout, pipe supports, etc.
  • Travel to job sites as assigned.
  • Perform repetitive physical tasks that require lifting, pushing, and pulling of material/product and standing throughout each shift.
  • Maintain a valid California Driver's License and clean driving record.

Requirements:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to use power and hand tools.
  • Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
  • Ability to read operation and repair manuals for HVAC systems.
  • Ability to follow instructions.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Vocational/technical school training or apprenticeship required.
  • Five years of related experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Physically able to work on HVAC units.
  • Will be required to work in settings with extreme cold or extreme heat, depending on the time of year.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
