This role is designed to take over from a well-established physician who is retiring, ensuring continuity of care for a robust patient base. The incoming physician will have the chance to transition alongside the outgoing physician for a seamless handover.
Practice Details: The practice operates from a primary clinic that has been a cornerstone of the community for over two decades. The facility includes an attached Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) featuring four operating rooms, with the potential to expand to a fifth based on patient volume.
Partnership Track: This position offers a two-year pathway to partnership, allowing for growth and investment opportunities within the ASC upon becoming a partner.
Compensation Structure: The compensation package is competitive, offering a base salary or a production-based model, along with ancillary revenue distribution, management of outpatient care, and call pay, which is currently set at a 1:8 ratio, subject to changes based on staffing.
