Eliada Homes, Inc. is in search of a Residential Services Supervisor whose role will significantly influence the lives and needs of our residential clients, their families, and the broader community. Nestled in the picturesque West Asheville, our expansive 320-acre campus offers a variety of programs including equine therapy, farm initiatives, foster care, child development, day treatment, and housing services. Key Responsibilities
Under the guidance of the Director of Residential Services, the Residential Services Supervisor will oversee and manage assigned cottage units, ensuring effective supervision of both youth and staff. This is primarily a daytime role, with some on-call duties required.
Department: Residential
Status: Salaried/Exempt
Salary Range: $40,000 - $45,000
Benefits: Eligible for benefits including PTO and Sick Leave.
Essential Duties
- Provide leadership and oversight for the care model and service delivery within the cottage, collaborating with clinical staff to ensure appropriate services are rendered to eligible youth.
- Engage with the treatment team, participating in multidisciplinary meetings, contributing to family team discussions, and regularly updating guardians as necessary.
- Supervise direct care staff in service delivery, crisis management, and the implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring a therapeutic environment.
- Facilitate the training, professional growth, evaluation, and management of residential staff, including scheduling and adherence to agency standards.
- Ensure compliance with all agency and mental health documentation requirements, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage the upkeep of the cottage facility, addressing maintenance needs to provide a safe and therapeutic environment for residents.
- Foster student success by building positive relationships, understanding their emotional and physical needs, and guiding them towards self-awareness and positive behavioral changes.
A Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field from an accredited institution is preferred. Previous supervisory experience is required, along with QP status. A minimum of two years of experience working with youth in a residential setting using a behavioral model is preferred.
Salary Information
$40,000 - $45,000
