Early Childhood Educator

Job Summary:

Alliance Health at Maples is seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team as an Infant Toddler Teacher. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment that promotes the cognitive, social, and emotional development of our young students.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students
• Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters socialization, creativity, and exploration
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive approach to childcare
• Monitor and record student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness
• Develop and maintain relationships with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of their child's progress and needs

Requirements:

• Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification
• 1 year of experience in teaching or childcare
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
• Reliable transportation to and from work
